third brake light misaligned? or rear window?

I just had mine replaced last week. Ford almost denied it because they had the service guy compare other vehicles mine and they also had the same issue and that would have been enough to deny it. Stupid i know

Kinda shows how inconsistent policies are according to region & dealer clout. That is total bullsh!t. :tsk::rant:

Mine got Ford approved the very next day after the pictures were taken. My service advisor called me at 8:30 am to schedule an appointment to drop off our car.

Mine is very slightly misaligned and I would try to get it fixed but my windows are already tinted and it will be a pain in the a$$ to go get it redone. I did see in one of the threads that the dealer paid for someones tint replacement though. My dealer is in the hood though and I doubt they will be so friendly about it

When I went to the Ford Mustang Owners even 2 weekends ago, I was told no unless leakage becomes an issue. So for now, it's all aesthetic.

They had it there for 2 days but it was getting some panel work alignment too. It should be about a 1-2 hour job if that's all they're doing

It took about 4 days to get the window from ford though.

Mine is about 1/8th lower on the drivers side - I'll probably just leave it...

Update:
After the dealership denied there was anything wrong with the glass (after 3 visits with pictures and measurements)
i wrote to Deysha from Ford Service here at mustang6g and she put me in the right path.
i just received a call from Ford Regional Customer service and im scheduled to go to the dealership tomorrow to get the glass repaired by a glass company.

keeping my finger crossed.......
