Here is a picture of what I get to enjoy when I get to work early everyday. An empty garage with some nice cars. Not sure if the exact years but there is a 2012 GT500, 2013 Cayman S, and a S2000 (with a crappy alarm my exhaust sets off every afternoon). They are always here and rarely driven, unlike my car. The poor S2000 has been moved twice in the last year.

1st world problem: I wish my employer would build a parking garage. My Mustang has to sit in 100 F sun all day long this time of year. :/

Really glad I get a garage. It is adding years to the exterior of the car. Baking in 120 degree heat in the summer is not good for anything.

I see you live in "the desert." I was stationed in 29 Palms for 4 years. By the time I made it back home to Orlando, every piece of glass had to be replaced from being sand blasted and I needed new paint. Everything was pock marked.

I also once shattered a t-top when I went to wash it in 115+ heat. As soon as the hose water hit it, it exploded.

I'm a state employee working at a University. I parked for free for 22 years. Just last year they started charging employees. I'm paying $20 a month. But now during the school year we have lot attendants running the students off and writing tickets to those that try to sneak in early before they get there.

Only had my car just over a year and put on over 25k miles. Windshield replaced after 3 big hits from rocks, and need another one because of 2 more rock hits. The front will need new paint in 3 years with the current wear. The desert is murder on the paint.
