Answering my own question...

You sure can. Page 90 of the manual: "Ice blue, White, Green, Purple, Blue, Orange, Red or MyColor 1 - 3"

"MyColor" being, apparently, a custom color that you assign RGB values to. Sweet.

I'm not 100% sure on that. It would be nice if somebody could confirm, but that's what the manual makes it sound like.

Yes, that's correct. Unfortunately you can't do two different colors on the gauge cluster like you could in the 2010-2014 Premiums. You could set a gauge and a outer ring color separately.

Hey man, that was way better than that other video (I won't mention the name). Even though it was night and from inside, yours was much better from a completion percentage. In that other video, they'd get to about 270 degrees, slow up and re-start. You kept it chained together.
