I've seen people talk about dash cams before....what do you use one for? Is it just a novelty to make cool YouTube videos of spirited driving on a scenic road or something?

It can be useful documentation in case of accident, and can also just record anything interesting or amusing that happens in front of the car. Parking mode will record everything that happens around the car while parked, and it has a motion sensor that will save a video clip of the shenanigans that occur before and after the sensor is tripped. All nice features, but really hard for me to justify spending the money...until now.

I decided to join Uber now that I have the Camry (they require vehicles with four doors), so the camera is getting installed in it first (I'm getting a second set of mounts for the Mustang so I can use the cam in both cars). In the unlikely event one of my clients causes a mess or damage, I'll have it all on pixels. If you can prove that a client caused damage to your car, Uber will just bill the repairs and/or cleanup to the client's account. if anything happens, it will probably pay for itself.

The install is stupid easy. Easiest wheel to take off ever. Getting the trim pieces off was the really the most important part to not damage those. I have some plastic trim tools that I used to pry it up, beyond that it was super super easy. It feels amazing too, the alcantara is so soft and inviting.

They do If you get the Base/Track/R. I ordered The Tech pack so, I get the heated and cooled seats with Alcantara Inserts. I really wanted the track pack but, I just can't live with the base radio with that baby little screen in a $60,000 Mustang.

I really feel like in the GT350, sync3 with the 8" display should have been standard across the board.

Preaching to the choir on that one. For $60k all the tech should basically be standard. People who want both Track and Tech get hosed pretty bad. That seemed like a stupid decision to make it either or and not both.
