Yup....I was looking for a cheap road appliance for winter driving and misc other mundane tasks. Now I can keep the Mustang low mileage, since I plan on hanging on to it until approximately death.

Just curious how much of a difference would I feel in steering if I added either a Steeda or ford racing strut brace to my car? Would it be a significant improvement in cornering? Or should I just get a set of the Steeda sway bars for better performance in corners? I was thinking about doing a handling upgrade.

The strut brace doesn't do much, you'll be better off with sways.

Sways for sure, much more noticeable difference post-install. Gets rid of body roll and fully adjustable!

Didn't drive the car, but I did give it some attention. I don't know what it is about this car (maybe the sticky tires?) but I hear more noise from road debris than any car I've ever had before. I make it a point to avoid anything but the nicest maintained roads around my house but I still hear a lot of gravel or whatever getting flung up. I noticed a couple teeny tiny little marks behind the front wheels so I thought it might be a good spot for some of that paint protection film. I ordered some (XPEL ultimate) a couple weeks ago and just put it on today. I've never done it before but it turned out great. Luckily I bought enough film to experiment with. I ordered 6"x4' for about $20. Only ended up putting a 2"x3" piece behind the front wheels but it took me a while to get the hang of it so im glad I had plenty extra. Id post pics but you can't really see anything is there in the pictures.

Gonna take it out for a drive tomorrow. The wife has only been in the car for about 10 minutes since I got it in September. Gonna take some nice back roads out to a diner in centerville tomorrow. I'll try and get a few pics.
