That's awesome dude!

BTW-how many data logging sessions did you go through for your steeda intake install?
0. I just loaded the tune they sent. I haven't done any datalogging on the car so far. I watched AFR's and everything looked good so I never bothered since from what I understood it wasn't required.

So some people were getting a false knock from where the passenger side header was hitting the AC line bracket tab. I'm completely removing that tab and putting some heat shield wrap around the lines and then using a metal zip tie in place of that bracket so there is zero chance of it rubbing and causing any false knock.

I checked and didn't see any indication of contact. Under no load conditions, I have approx. 0.375" gap. I could understand movement while the engine is torqued over, but If there is contact-there was no evidence...

I also didn't have a catch can until recently, and by tracking how quickly it fills, I obviously had substantial blow-by.. I just wanna make sure I am not leaving anything on the table.

I need to get a catch can. I'm still not entirely convinced you need one but it can't hurt. But with only one cylinder bank being run through a catch can, doesn't that still leave 50% of the blowby routing back to the intake?

I just read a big article on catch cans because of you guys. Now I'm all worried I have a bunch of oil vapor in my intake.

We just got together for the Holley tour and have been talking about getting together in Nashville again. Some of us have already hibernated for winter though.

DD was having a 15% off Sale so I picked it up then. I would definitely message David at Steeda. He is a great guy that I have spoken about regarding Springs. He is very knowledgeable and in general a great guy. So I'd message him to see if he can hook you up with a deal!

Thanks for the kind words bud! Always nice speaking with you!

I buy directly from the source when possible. All my Diode stuff I bought straight from Diode. I work with David on all my Steeda. I worked directly with Brian at Vossen for my wheels. I dealt with Hypermotive for my Corsa stuff but have been in direct contact with Shawn over at Corsa for questions and just to say hi and thank him and his company for such a great product. When I got my headers, the first thing I did was ask Shawn what they have experienced matching up the best with their exhaust and contacted Jay at Hypermotive to get the SW's.

I like the gap on the stripes too :)
Always happy to help, guardian! Can't wait to hear the headers

Off topic.....

But in case any of yall were wondering where Ford got the idea to put performance pack gauges in the dash instead of a third a/c vent....they ripped off the idea from me. This is my 90 GT vert.

Just wondering does anyone have a tuned ecoboost in middle TN? I'd really like to feel the difference that a Cobb tuner would do in terms of power.
