Not sure how you all feel about Harbor Freight....you know for the small things but this is about the only thing on black friday that I might actually try and go get. I have a ton of things that I can use this for. Link says it is $89 now but on Friday it will be $59

I have gone through an EOtech and now I am using an Aimpoint on my AR.

Got rid of my 1911 last year. Nice gun but wanted a Glock 30s more. Finally got some .22 the other day at Academy.

I had an ACOG but I really wanted something more useful at the range. I have an 18" barrel on mine so I'm looking at one of Nikon's 14x powered scopes to put on there so I can actually start shooting some distance like I originally built the gun for.

That is pretty cool actually. Shooting close is fun but being able to 'reach out and touch someone' is really fun.

I have been pretty surprised at the red dot sights though. I am a member of the Gallatin Gun Club and they have a 300 yard range, I can hit the 300 yard gong with the red dot if I take my time. I can hit the 150 all day long and it is zeroed for 50 yards.

I'm about to smash something, I had a forum member tell me the bolts for the headers are a 1.5 thread pitch and I have my car apart and was about to pull one of the headers when I measured the OEM stud thread pitch vs what I bought. Well it's a 1.25 thread pitch, so I have $100 in bolts that are worthless right now.
