Do any of yall have any recommendations on where to go (or stay away from) for window tint around here? I'm on the north side of town but will travel for a place that does a good job and is careful when climbing around inside my car.

I've only used Xtreme in Franklin. They have done the last 4 or 5 cars I've owned. I do 20% all around using the SunTek High Performance.

I use Accutint in Madison. Guy there is really good and will tint it whatever you want.

My sister had Cole Brothers do hers and it looked good but they were reluctant to do darker than the legal limit. I had them do my leather and they did a good job so I think they would be quality on other things.

I had mine done at Thee Tint Shop in Mt. Juliet. Look him up on Facebook. Great work and reasonable prices. Plus you have "options" for tint%

Spotted a Ruby Red 5.0 driving down Gallatin Pike in Gallatin this morning. The sightings are becoming more frequent.

No idea if you'd need new lines, but I would guess you do. As for wheels....I have read that there are a select few 18" wheels that will clear the bigger brakes but your safest bet is to go with anything 19"+. That seems surprisingly reasonably priced, too.

They only cost about $40 to ship anywhere but this listing is charging $150 so makes it about $925. I've been seeing most of these new takeoffs going for about $1,000 lately. I've seen brand new sets from vendors at the low end of $1,200.

American Muscle sells a new set but they want $1,800 for it.

I sent an email to a couple places asking about what films they use, how they cut the films, and their pricing. I let them know I am very picky and dont mind paying a little more for a quality job. Maybe I asked too many questions......the following is the response I received from "Performance Films of Tennessee":

Honestly, I got nervous just reading your email. We tint car all day, everyday. We just come in and do our thing. With us knowing your so nervous it will make us be nervous and who knows what will happen. Sorry man, maybe you should find someone else.
