If you were riding in the passenger seat, it always feels faster.I spent the weekend in Houston for a wedding. My cousin bought a 2014 GT used a couple months ago that I didn't know about till I got there. The car has an intake of some kind, axle-back, 75 shot of nitrous, and a dyno tune. He is also on 15" drag radials. On motor it makes 386 RWHP and with spray it makes 448RWHP. He has only been to the track once and ran a 12.6 at 116MPH (with that trap speed I think he could drop a couple tents with more practice) Wish I wouldn't have driven it. Makes me think something is wrong with my car because with nitrous it just feels crazy fast. Even when not spraying, it feels significantly faster than my car. I think a lot of it is the tune making the throttle map touchiest than my factory tune. But still.....damn. I'm kinda disappointed now.
Need to line up with another guy with a stock S550 and make sure my car isn't running way off of what it should.
eh, nothing abnormal there except the taking of the shoulder. It wasn't even necessaryFinally caught an idiot on my dash cam. Just watch how this moron in the white Dodge Stratus exits the 40 at Spence Lane!! Watch it in 1080p.
You can race me, that'll make you feel better. ;)I spent the weekend in Houston for a wedding. My cousin bought a 2014 GT used a couple months ago that I didn't know about till I got there. Rant - People that do zero research and ask the same questions that have been answered a million times in other threads. /rant
You did get the fact that he was just busting your balls about your rant right?Technically unless they can prove that the specific part was the issue it's not really voiding the warranty. Now if you get an intake that requires a tune, yeah, a tune pretty much throws the warranty out the window. Now it's only the engine though so if something like, say your AC goes out, that's still covered.
