The premier trim is an absolute bitch to find ground stock. That was what I kept running into trying to locate a car when my order was held up. Keep in mind if you find one somewhere else, that dealer probably won't dealer trade so you'll just have to totally cancel your order with Two Rivers and buy from whatever dealer you find the car at. I think I searched within a 1000 mile radius every day until I found the car I wanted. There were only 2. Only one had the redline interior.

What was your main method of searching? I am only using cars.com and autotrader. Nick actually just googled it earlier and found one but it was in Arizona and didn't have Nav. Not sure the Nav thing is a big deal since it is on an SD card.

I used cars.com and the Ford online inventory mostly. Most dealers are on cars.com so you'll run into the same inventory usually vs what's on autotrader. Sometimes the search parameters are funky though and if you try to pick all the options it still doesn't show cars that should fit into it because dealers are retarded and don't enter information in correctly. I also took VIN numbers and ran them through the Ford site to look at the window stickers to see what options the car actually had vs trusting anything the dealer had written. Again... see above, dealers are retarded.

Conversation topic: Is the Performance Pack worth the wait?

I know I am getting anxious about this now but is the PP worth it? I can find it with the Foundry 20's on it in the right color, right interior and right package.

This is a DD. I probably won't take it to the track. So are the Brembo's, bigger radiator and gearing worth it? I feel like most of the other items are moot since I would probably change them out.

Am I just getting pissed that I can't find what I want and just want the car here now?

The PP is a must check box IMO. Even if you don't plan to track it the brakes alone are worth it. This is something that could save your life...

The 3.73 gears make a big difference, and are for right now the only gear available for the super 8.8. Although I'm pretty sure they are releasing a 4.09 option very soon.

The center gauges, and turned aluminum trim give the interior a sportier, more premium feel.

I got pretty antsy while waiting 4 months for my Gt and almost bought the same car minus the seats I wanted. I ended up asking my self, In 6 months will I regret not waiting? I quickly answered myself "Yes"!
Looking back I'm glad I waited...

If you can find the exact car you want, or you can live without a certain option without ever looking back, by all means, get it. If not wait it out. It will be worth it, I Promise.

Thanks for the pep talk guys. After I found out I was going to get the A Plan discount I have been a pretty happy camper. I am searching all Ford dealers in a 300 mile radius to see what they have.

Great looking car. I know you like the ceramic, but after years of owning light interior colors and dealing with various stains from drinks to blue jeans I only do dark interiors.

A bit of an intro. I bought a 2016 GT in November and have been busy modding. I previously had a 2005 S197 that I turned into a road race car and did American Iron for a few years. Here are a couple of pics.

After talking with Jen tonight I told her I am going to look into some stuff myself. I told her that Sherman told me last month that it had a VIN already but now he is saying that it doesn't and didn't give her an invoice or anything. Not saying there is any lying going on here but I am now on the case.
