Sorry wasn't trying to pick on you. You were just the last of like 10 people today that mentioned taking cover in the basement. In South Florida we get storms like this almost everyday in the summer. That would be a long summer in the basement.:lol:

I wasn't offended. It would however do all this crap the day after I sign a contract to buy a house that has no basement.

Anybody else ready for the holidays to be over? I love Christmas but man I hate all the food that is just laying around. I am gaining weight at an exponential rate right not. Training two times per week is not helping at all.

Well...not really. By train I mean I take martial arts. My work is doing some trial program right now with some personal trainers....hope this works out

I have been doing it a few years now. I never got into weight lifting so this was just a good way to get a workout and learn some stuff at the same time.

I'm in the basement due to the wife and 5 animals we have down here. The plus side, is the garage is part of the basement so we're all safe including the Mustang.

One thing I noticed when I moved here was a lot of guys Lift here. at first I was going to golds but that place is a nightmare to workout at. Way to crowded, so now I just lift at home.
