They are both In the same little housing. I belive the difference with the side markers, when you are turning the outside outside is still white, while the inner part of the housing turns the amber as you turn. I believe this is the difference.. Would you like some pics so you can get an idea what I'm talking about? Maybe someone else can chime in with a more exact answer, but I believe that is the difference.
Yep...your right. There was a video that mentioned it.

Wow, you have to disassemble the whole front clip just to get the headlights out?
Yep. Its really not that bad once you know where all the bolts and clips are.

3-4 days once he gets them. I'll probably leave the front end apart until my fenders arrive
Much better than the 8 weeks I waited for TLF to build mine.

You'll also want the DD LED backup light!

Yeah, I mean it's just the bumper that comes off in order to get to the bolts, nothing unusual there. There's only one bolt that's difficult to get to in the fender with a 7mm. It's just pulling the liner back far enough to get the wrench in.

So I think I am going to go ahead and order a few things from diode dynamics. One of them is the switchbacks. I see on the site you can get the switchbacks and or the side marker lights. Have any of you done the sidemarker lights? Are they talking about the light under the amber lens on the main headlight assembly?

Yay, Diode! I have replaced every possible light pretty much with their LED's.

Hey guys quick question... Going to do a custom front grille on the mustang, so I am ordering new upper and lower grilles. I know the upper grille is part number: FR3Z-8200-BA, but what is the correct lower grille? They have two different options in the catalog, FR3Z-17K945-BA and FR3Z-17K945-CA. There is like a twenty dollar difference in them. I was going to order the BA part number to match upper grille, but the only difference is BA is without the chrome surround, and CA is with chrome surround. I'm unsure what this is referring to can someone help me out?

I know the lower grille is different on 5 liter cars with adaptive cruise. I don't know if it has a chrome surround....I just recall it being different. Not sure if that applies to the 4cyl cars, though.

I got ahold of Benny at Levittown and he cleared up the differences! Hopefully I'll get a chance to change out the grille soon.:headbang:
