I'm about to tap the oil pan to finish up with the supercharger install, but can't really find a guide on how to do it for the 15.17 mustang oil pan

Is it ok to tap the passenger side? if so where? how high up?

I know the process of greasing up the tap and avoid drilling if i can. Then i'll be using a 3/8 npt tap to thread only about 1/4 in deep.

I just can't figure out where exactly

help appreciated :)

Having pulled a k-member before and seeing how easy that is. I'd pull the pan, but I am sure you can find someone who can advise how to do it with the pan on. Good luck, my friend.
