Does anyone have a longer version of the shifter rod for a MGM shifter? I am used to having a longer handle so its closer to the steering wheel so its easier to go back and forth.

Is there any options out there? If I designed and produced a few would anyone be interested?

Call MGW about their cylindrical gripper knob.

Make your own extension. Choose stud and nut threads to adapt any knob you want. You will want to insulate the entire length of otherwise-exposed metal bits.

I added a nut under the shift knob about half way up the shift handle to give me some more height. I screw the gt350 handle down 6-8 full turns until it contacts the nut then give it some force to jam them together. Almost bought an extension like the one listed above but home depot provided a $0.25 solution.
