I have the opportunity to run Talladega again for Memorial Day with our mustang club-I hope to be able to do it this year. Two guys who did it last year with their 350s said a bunch of warning lights illuminated on the dash while they drove the banks but then went back off on the way home. Is that normal? I never saw a light on the Mach 1 I drove at Track Attack. Does the track setting keep that from happening or is it a different setting in the car. At track attack, we stayed in sport due to it being a little wet that day. Seemed odd to me that all of that would come on in the 350.

Did you run Talladega? I ran it 3/14/26 with GRMC. All of the 550’s took a poop. GT, Mach1’s, GT500 all lost driving modes, traction control, collision avoidance, etc. It took a bit of normal driving to reset. I guess the banking at Talladega is out of specifications.

Yeah I would worry a lot about oil and fuel pickup issues on the high banks.

Just run Little Talladega (TGPR) down the road. More fun than driving in a glorified circle. And I bet cheaper.

Twickingham Autoclub / the Tennessee Valley region of the SCCA (in the Huntsville area) used to do Time Trials/Track Days there a couple of times a year.

P.S. When asking about track issues, you probably want to post in the Track section.
