sync 3 freezes up periodically

It seems to happen only when playing music, it will just freeze. The music stops playing and the system won't respond to any controls. After anywhere from 2 to about 10 seconds, it'll pick right back up like nothing happened. Anyone else have this problem?

Hey v8440,

Try a module reset; Select radio > Hold the power button (center of the volume knob) + the right-seek button at the same time for up to 5 seconds. If the reset doesn't resolve the issue, then you'll need to take the vehicle to the dealer for a more hands on approach.
