Switchback Turn Signals?

I don't work for DD nor am I in anyway affiliated with them.

But I had 4 sets go bad. When I went in to see them, the new ones they gave me had an obvious design shift externally from what I had before. They said they had changed the internals from the ones I had.

I took it as these were prototypes that would be shipping in the near future.

Bottom line is, the DD guys are fantastic and stand behind their product.

Sounds like you have the gen 2. My gen 2 were defective out of the box. Still waiting on my gen 3 replacements.:frusty:

Goblue....you are running then GEN 2 revised version that I am running now for a few months, not the GEN 3 version they did not even start working on until mid August because people were having problems with the revised version as well. So far, my GEN 2 have been problem free as well

That's not the latest gen.

As we all have said, you have Gen 2. Gen 3 is not out yet. And they SURELY wouldn't have released some to you in June. :cheers:

Where can you buy these on eBay? I don't know the specifics about the bulbs so I want to make sure I'm getting the right thing.

They work great and function just like the DD ones. One side fit a little loose so I put some gorilla tape around it to make sure it doesn't fall out.

I went through 3 sets with DD and just got tired of putting bulbs in and out. They may be a great company as far as service goes, but they need to step up their product quality.

For the running bulbs I am using:

They are DD bulbs and came with my original purchase from DD, so I kept them, but I'm pretty sure any brand would work. The brightness and color matches pretty good.

to be honest, i didn't try plugging them in without dremeling them first...if you dont have a dremel tool I know electrical tape will also keep them in place.

Thanks for the help, I'm going to order them and dig my dremel out of storage before they get here. Hate doing things twice, so I'll just make the cut before installing.
