So I'm thinking about getting the Whiteline Front/Rear Sway Bar Kit.

According to AmericanMuscle, the stiffness setting is as follows:

Front Stiffness (Compared to OEM) Position: 1 = 175%, 2 = 159%, 3 = 142%

Rear Stiffness (Compared to OEM) Position: 1 = 201%, 2 = 163%, 3 = 134%

What settings would be best for street/canyon use with occasional track days?

Would setting it stiff make the ride terrible on the streets? I thought about getting sways for my previous car but I wasn't able to get around to it so I have never experienced stiff sways vs stock.

On street tires, I wouldn't go to stiff outback on the street. You will get a good amount of oversteer. But if you like oversteer on the street, well....lol

Looking at those rates, I would do 3 out back and 1 up front to start. May get some push....but only if you really push the car hard.

Let us know!

Kelly as a reference what are BMR sway bar rates changes per hole front and rear? Are these increases in % based of GT or PP bar OE rates?

Thanks
