I just installed my SVE R350 wheels in 19x10 with Michelin Pilot A/S 3+ tires (275/40/19). They look amazing. For anyone who is interested, I weighed them compared to my factory 20" Foundry wheels with stock 265/35/20 tires. The new wheels are 9lbs less per wheel. You could probably save more weight with a different tire, but I needed an A/S tire. 56lbs vs. 64lbs. Not bad, lost 32lbs of rotational weight.

Here are some pics. Drove them to a car meet tonight and they handled very well. I've been getting a lot of compliments on the wheels. Very happy with my purchase.

How durable is the finish on these? They look awesome.
Thanks. They appear to be very durable. The finish is nice. I'll probably coat them with wheel sealant for some extra protection since I daily drive my car. I've noticed that dirt and dust washes off them really easily since the surface has a smooth glossy finish. If I do get any scratches or chips in the paint it should be easy to touch up. The price is nice too, I think I paid like $889 shipped for the wheels and lug nuts.

Nice, I'm a big fan of the R style wheels and the fact that I can get a 19x10/11 set is enticing. I currently have the same size American Muscle wheels but the front 19x10 offset is wrong because its technically a rear fitment and I have to use a spacer. The finish is also crap.

Looks good! Looking at the same rims for my car. Just curious why you went with a 40 series tire vs a 35 series tire on a 10” wide wheel?

Thanks. I prefer the looks of the taller sidewall. I think the Performance Pack Mustangs use a 275/40/19 rear tire? I've heard performance is about the same with the 240 as it is with the 235, some even told me the thicker sidewall helps get more traction in corners? Not sure if that's true or not. It's also my daily driver, and I use it all winter, so the higher profile tire should help some in any snow. I really like the squared sidewall on the Michelin tires, some of the brands I looked at had a more rounded looking sidewall. For an A/S tire it looks pretty good and handles very well. I need to move to a warmer climate so I can run a performance summer tire all year. :)

That sucks. I have about 2 days on these wheels now and no issues with rubbing or anything. I washed them yesterday, they are really easy to clean. The main issue I had with the AM wheels when looking for a new set was the weight. American Muscle wheel sets all seem to weigh several pounds more than other comparable brands. And, like you said, having rear specific wheels make it tough for people wanting to run a 19x10 setup so they can rotate them. From the specs, you'd save about 5lbs a wheel by going with the SVE R350's. Might be worth selling the AM wheels and grabbing a set of the SVE ones if you're not happy with them. I think I paid like $880 shipped with center caps and lug nuts included.

Here are some more pics for everyone. 19x10ET35 square, wrapped in 285/35ZR19 Pilot Sport 4S. No rub, perfect fitment with the Ford Street X-Springs. Grip is insane, although I may want to go larger on the rear when I bump up power levels a bit.

Looks great, do you have any more pictures please as I was thinking of this exact combo, did you go 19x10 all round with 275/40 square?
