supercharger trunk mount ice tank Foam?

Hi I have a PNR Ice tank In MY Whipple supercharged GT350.

I am Getting so much Foaming that it comes out the breather. The tank is filled with just distilled water. I am using a EMP pump. I am not sure if there is something wrong with the tank as when I put my hand into the tank I do not find any point in the tank that feels like that there is a lot of suction near where the suction pick up point should be.

Any Help would be appreciated.

Foam=air. Start by bleeding the system, especially since you are not feeling proper flow.

I figured it out. I did not have enough water in the system. It was moving the water and making a turbulent spot near the water intake causing it to suck in air.
