When installing a strut bar, does the car have to be on a perfectly leveled floor?

not perfect but not so slanted that the car is twisted . I put mine on then bounced both front wheels to settle it then tighten

Doesn't have to be perfectly level,but make as level as possible.tourque to 37 lbs,

dont overtorque they are studs not thru bolts and they are a pain in the ass to get out.
