I have had my Mustang for about a month now and have started to notice a strange noise coming from the passenger side rear of the car. The noise can only be heard at about 80 mph or above. You can hear the wind catching something and it sounds like it is flapping at times. I heard it a few days after purchase and kinda thought it was the paper license plate making the noise. I now have my metal plates on and still hear the same thing. Just checking to see if anyone has any ideas before bringing it to the dealer?

Definitely not normal, any of that white shipping plastic still on it? A tiny piece might be on there and being a white car could be hard to spot.

I have checked around for that. Can't seem to find anything.

Check your lug nuts. There were not torqued down enough from the factory.

By chance did you have your window down? Seat belts do that on the convertable.
