I tried the different driving modes all of them are the same. The RPM's act exactly as I described, hoping it will go away or that the ECU is doing it for emissions purposes.
Curious, does it happen with the clutch pressed while in gear and also with the clutch pressed with the car out of gear?

Funny , my 2011 came with the window problem ! And the hood latch problems cousin , the door latch problem !

Plus the seats creaked for about 20k miles (bought it new).

Now that I think about it, based on what I know now, I think my passenger door was out of alignment ! You had to slam that thing pretty hard to get it to close fully >.<. A normal force wouldn't connec anything. It always confused my passengers haha!

Also for the window problem, perhaps the seals/weather strips are too new. Thus tripping the "no pinch" safety system. Just a thought !

It only happens when I'm driving and I come to a stop at a light. Let's say I put it in neutral and am waiting at the light. Next I press the clutch and put it in first that's when the clunk happens. Pretty much happens after I disengage and then engage the clutch again.

Oh man that's a bummer I would freak out if I had all those issues on my 2015. I'd probably be at the dealership feeling like this --> :paddle:. Lol

But I followed Qwkynuf 's instructions on the re-calibration process and that seemed to work and the car doesn't do it at the moment. But I had this in my 2010 Mustang and that kinda fixed itself lol. So I'm not too worried.
