Took me a while, but I installed sways, progressive springs, vertical links, and bushing support kit. Let me correct myself, it took me way too long and I made it much harder than it needed to be - some rework, but not too bad.

I love how the car sits and drives. Truly changed the behavior of the car.

I have the bump steer kit and toe links as well. I think I am going to have the folks doing the alignment install them.

I have a couple things I still need to work out, but will start a couple threads on the specific issues.

Thanks to David @ Steeda for the guidance and help.

what were your lessons learned on the install that you could do it faster?

For the most part, simple stuff.

Double check to make sure you have all the tools needed. I had to make couple trips to Sears for simple stuff I "thought" I had, but did not.

A lift would make it go a bit faster mostly from not having to climb all over the ground and concrete - wow, I am sore today

I did the springs, sways, and bushing support kit all at the same time as there are some synergies to be had with these installs.

Have a friend help you if at all possible. I did all my stuff 100% by myself.

I lost a bunch of time doing stupid stuff like I dropped a socket and had to take the wheel well liner out to find it - this was an hour side trip at least.

I bought a cordless impact wrench half way through the job - they are great for breaking the bolts loose and getting them snug quickly. I have one cross three issue I will need to resolve. I tightened it hand tight, but must have not had it lined up right. Oh well.

Slow and steady wins the race. I had some go backs that cost me some time. The dust boot on one of the struts did not sit right, so I had to do that again. I am not 100% sure if there is an up or down on the rear progressive springs - I ended up putting the tighter coils to the top which kept the logo facing up. This was something that I noticed after I had done one side, so I had to redo that as well.

All-in-all, the instructions and videos guided me through it. The one thing I did do was subscribe to the Motorcraft Technical Service site for 30 days for torque specs and other reference.

Good luck to you and enjoy.....I very much enjoyed doing it myself....did not feel like it sometimes, but I did.
