All right guys, so I finally got the chance to install my Steeda fascia and I wanted to share what I found. To start, for the fitment issues that everyone was encountering, I spent a lot of time staring at this thing and I found the main issue. It's a lot simpler a fix than you think! This is probably going to look kinda long due to the pics, but stick with me- I'll keep it as short as possible.

So I had opted for the unpainted version, here it is:

I opted to paint the lip, because my final goal was to match the textured side skirts and rear valance trim. With it being in paint and clear, there is more for the textured coating to "bite" into and it'll last much, much longer than if I had just sprayed it over the black primer.

Now on to the install. Everything is pretty straight forward, but there are a couple hiccups. Hopefully this can help.

After stripping everything from the original, I began with the belly pan. Starting here got a big piece of out my way while making the Steeda fascia more rigid for the rest of my work. What I found that worked for me was lining the belly pan up (performance pack car) at the base of the bumper, where a mounting hole lined up perfectly with the pre-drilled hole in the lip. I bolted that in with the supplied hex head bolt and nut and then did the same on the other side. From there I went to the corners of the fascia's lip and used the small brackets - which I flatted out with a body hammer - to attach from an angle to the first upper belly pan bolt. Then I used three of the longer brackets (flattened again) to bridge the gap through the center.

From there I set the fascia down on my APR splitter, lined it up, drilled new holes and mounted. Pretty straight forward here.

Now that the bumper was down on the ground and stiffened up, I felt it was time to install my grilles and bumper reinforcement. I then back-tracked to the APR splitter once more so I could focus on the splitter rods. With the added depth of this new fascia, I knew some creativity was going to be needed here. My first thought was to replace the APR bolt (the one that mounts to the bumper, inside the bracket), but I couldn't find a suitable replacement at my hardware store. So, plan B. A coupler with a threaded extension was use. Worked very well.

With all this done, it was time to go back inside and work on the fogs. I saved this for last as I was figuring this would be the hardest part. It was, but only until I realized how simple the fix was. Not going to lie, I swore a bit in the process... but now you won't have to :lol:
Inside that edge of your foglight bezels are these little tabs. Steeda's new fascia is thicker than the factory one and so these tabs hit against the fascia, holding it back from sitting flush. Trim these tabs and the fogs will immediately almost move to flush with the fascia. It's not so much that the fascia is wrong here guys, it's just slightly different. 5 minutes to shave these tabs makes everything fit.

From here you need only shave the screw mounts minimally to get the bezel in the rest of the way.

You can then put the weatherstrip on and modify it for the new fascia and throw that baby on the car. I am adding a few more bolts through my splitter and into the fascia for my own peace of mind, and it was pretty late. So here is what she looks like now. Final pics to follow!

Its hard to see from the pics, but does the back of the APR splitter line up with the wheel well?

Thanks guys! I'll get more pics up here tonight for everyone.
The APR splitter did have to be moved forward a little bit, so there is a slight gap in the wheel well. I have a plan for that though. I'll take a pic of it!
