Seeing the Steeda bumpers installed changed my mind on it. It looks really good! Just the right amount of subtle yet aggressive changes to OEM bumper. Having said that, I can't justify $1200 for a bumper that has fitment issues like it does. I think Steeda really needs to at least correct the fog light areas. Those gaps would drive me nuts.

I had no issues with my install either.

The only part that was :frusty: was the 2 bolts to attach the bumper to the fender after drilling that 1 bolt took us a long time to put on because of our big hands!

GJ Steeda, i am happy! :clap2:

So Grandmarshal, no issues with the fitment around the fog lights? My cover is getting installed today.

i pushed it and and held it there real tight while my friend screwed it in place.
Just make sure to use the screws that come with the package and manually do it, dont use any power tools.

I had the foglight issue when I started my install and I had considered just selling the fascia because I didn't want to deal with grinding away at it to make it fit but I may try towards the end of the month when I get a couple days off work. I love how it looks.

It's not that bad. You just have to take your time especially if you have a painted version. You will have to fit, file and fit again numerous times though. The time you spend in fitting though will pay off every time you walk past your car and it looks killer. If you're into any issues send me a message and I can try to help.

Sorry, just now saw this. I'm going on the hotrod power tour in a week or so. Might give the install another shot this week, finally getting some time off work. I appreciate the offer for help, might be receiving some messages in a few days haha

How is that acceptable in a finished/painted product though?
Welcome to "Modding your car"

My personal fascia did not have any of the issues some of members had, and even if it did, this is what it takes to set your car apart from others and i will do it again!

This fascia is the best looking one out there and i get compliments everywhere i go

I'm pretty sure everyone that has one installed is happy with it.

I mean being the first to market with a specific product is going to have growing pains the majority of the time. It never fails that there's always something, it's how to push through it or figure it out that matters. I mean I was frustrated too but once It was on the car I was like damn, that was worth it.

I'm just surprised that they know there's an issue, and there "resolution" is not to go back to fix the design problem, but leave it to the customer to "hack away" at it, until it finally lines up. And the justification is...welcome to modding your car.

Hey, We dont speak for Steeda. "Their design is fine" IMHO. But anyways, why is there a back and forward with you here when YOU don't even have this fascia. Go away lol

I don't speak for anyone except for myself, as a potential future-customer, that was seriously interested in the fascia, until I've heard about the issues, and their unwillingness to do anything about it.

I won't go away, I'll express my opinion, the same as you will. That's kind of the point of a forum, right? Discuss things related to our cars.
