I bought mine when I ordered my taillight, side marker and foglight tints so shipping included everything. I've never ordered just 1 item from them.

Got a very quick response to my email. The $5 shipping charge is correct. He said he ships it in a sturdy shipping tube a provided tracking, which are the reasons for the cost. I guess I'll just suck it up and pay the $5

Ehh, I would even send him a prepaid envelope with a small cardboard slip to place the sticker in for a "GO" sticker. Definitely not paying $5 shipping for a $10 product, especially something so little.

That's pretty steep. You could put that thing in a plastic toploader, the things people store baseball cards in, and ship it in an envelope for the cost of a stamp.

crazy that no one with a home vinyl cutter has set in to make these....cost would be like 50 cents and you could easily sell for 5-8$ shipped.

It's a common thing done on ebay too. Sell a super cheap item for a good markup already, but then charge too much for shipping/handling to make more $.

No way it costs $5 to ship a 1/2" sticker. put it between two 2"x2" pieces of thinner cardboard taped up and put in an envelope with a stamp on it. $1-2 at most to ship including the envelope at cardboard.

I'm looking into getting go-baby-go stickers printed. There's a couple companies that will do small batch jobs of ~50 stickers for a decent price. If you guys are interested, they would definitely be less than $10 shipped each.

look for self run vinyl cutter businesses on facebook. they exist and will do much smaller minimum orders. i once had two designs 10 stickers each and my cost was only 3.50 each, and they were like 6 inches by 1 inch with glitter and crap

Yeah, there are a million ways it could be shipped cheaper. The thing is like the size of a quarter, I can't for the life of me imagine why he'd ship it in a shipping tube. I think I might just wait til I want to order more stuff from them, or try to find something elsewhere.

Their vinyl is kinda ridiculously priced. I mean, you can get a sheet of that stuff for a couple bucks. That's a serious markup for the pattern.

Come on guys, it's all about supply and demand. They have them and can/will/should charge what the market can bear. You have 3 options, make your own which you are obviously not willing or able to do since you haven't already, Pay the current market price or wait a year or two for more suppliers to fill the niche.
Complaining about what pricing should be on a custom item is no more constructive than arguing over how much you should be paid at your job.

It's not the item price so much as the shipping cost. And the vendor's unwillingness to change the shipping method to make it cheaper when it's readily available. Again a regular envelope and a stamp, and some thin cardboard on each side to protect it would suffice. It's a sticker afterall, no more fragile than a birthday card or anything else you put in the mail.

It's like those "as seen on TV" where its "only $19.95" and then you look and the S&H is $15; almost as much as the item. It's a classic business ploy to make the item cheaper and make it up in crazy S&H costs.

I have previously purchased from Anchor and like their work. Prior to ordering the overlay, I did call them and did not wish to buy the overlay due to the extra $5 cost to ship. $15 is simply not a need on my part to spend on a small quarter size sticker. Regardless of that, today I went to my mailbox to check on other mail and lo and behold I see a tube in there from Anchor. They shipped me the overlay at no charge. I did not ask for this, but I do need thank them for stepping up with their customer service Kudos Anchor.
