When I try to start rolling the Bullitt without gas pedal (only use the clutch on biting point).
The RPM drops from 650 to 550..450... and the car is stalled. Normally it worked without gas pedal..
The ground was 100% flat.

If I hit the gas pedal, then I can drive it.
(I know this is the normal way to drive the manual car)

I've parked it a long time from June.... only 1,000 miles.
Maybe the brakes are stuck or dragged?
I drove it to charge the battery for 2 hours, but I cannot smell any burning things.

Do I need to get the service something like an adjustment the brakes at the dealer shop?
Sorry for my bad english. Thanks.

The car's idle jumps a little when you put the car in 1st or R, and yes, you can move the car without touching the gas pedal. That's how I park the car to its final position when it's in the garage. But I think it only works in normal mode, so you might have your car in sport, maybe? If that's the case, then you could stall it, since idle compensation wouldn't be active, and rpm are too low to move the car. Hope that's it. By the way, I also heard if battery goes dead, it doesn't kick in immediately, but when I replaced mine, that didn't happen, so not sure if it's a thing. Good luck.
