Stage 2 Procharger users w/ D1

What pulley size are you using to make 12 lbs? Currently my car is making 15 but I'd like to get it retuned for 12 as lund has told me he can make more power than it currently makes on less boost.

Beef has said 4.75, Lund said 4.65. I'd call procharger but I don't have access to my car to get the Serial number off the blower.

I've also got long tubes with no cats.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I am now working with Lund for my D1 and have a 4.38 pulley. Not exactly clear what boost it's going to make. John says he'll do 11psi tops so I think I need a slightly larger pulley. I'll call PC on Monday and see what they say.

What pulley are you running to make 15lbs? Its about 1lb per .1 pulley size. So for example, if a 4.5 makes 15lbs on your car then a 4.8 should be 12lbs at the same max rpm.

Procharger told me a 4.75 pulley should make 12ish pounds. That is the pulley I bought.

What rpm did you make your pull too? If procharger rates it at 12lbs at 7000rpm and you pulled to 7800 you will make more boost than rated.

Sounds like a 5.0 pulley should put you at ~12.5lbs at the same rpm if the 4.75 made 15.

I just got my kit in yesterday(Stage 2 kit with a D1SC). I asked that my kit be setup for 11-12psi. I live in a higher elevation than you.(3600 above sea level) They sent my kit with a 4.88" pulley on my D1SC. I'm beginning to think that it will not give me the boost I am wanting if you are at a lower elevation(thicker air with a 4.75 to get 12psi) and I have to spin my blower more to achieve my 12psi with a bigger pulley. I don't know. Guess I'll have to wait till its tuned and running to see I guess.

That would make for a Nasty setup, but probably be loud as shit haha. That's my plan for a future centri build, small pulley+wastegate combo. You could even add a boost controller to the waste gate, and adjust boost right?

what kinda numbers does that put out? I already switched to a 4.75 but if there is a significant gain in low end torque and power I'd be willing to redo it.
