Spoiler install on Spoiler delete car

I'm looking to possibly add a PP1 or Mach 1 spoiler to my 18 GT that came from the factory with the spoiler delete option. Can anyone tell me if the trunk has the holes to accommodate the nuts/bolts on the interior already? Or do you have to drill the holes interior and exterior? The OEM ford spoilers come with a template, so I'm not worried about the exterior part, but hoping I don't have to modify the interior side of the trunk.

My car is tucked away for the winter and I can't currently check.

UK cars come without spoilers across the board, and come with holes (and grommets) for the outer ones, and the inner ones I believe you can see when you remove the trunk liner material (all of this on a pre-facelift <2018)
