Speedometer recalibration

I plan on getting different wheels and tyres soon and I would like to recalibrate my speedo. Knowing there is even a small error will annoy me. I saw somewhere on this forum the procedure however I now can't find it. Does anyone have any info on this.

Normally the ford dealer can do it for you, I don't think there is a way in doing it yourself.
