Bought the S21 Ultra 5G the day it was released. So had an accident with the back plate now cracked, I mean bunches of cracks. Phone face is undamaged and works perfectly. So I contacted the insurance company Spectrum has covering claims. Sure enough filed with a service rep and at the end she tells me i owe $99 for the pleasure. I've never had a deductable with all the other carriers I have had over the years, now they want $99 to replace the back cover. Fuggetaboutit.
