While not a new mustang, I had a 3+ in a 340 dart, I have a 2+ in a blown barracuda, and a 2+ hybrid in the mustang... I prefer the 2+ all the way around for a street/strip and while I am building a bigger motor for the barracuda, a 2+ hybrid is going in that as well. Can't beat the smoothness of it, and it has held everything I have thrown at it so far.

I ran one in my 03 Cobra. It's on and off, can be difficult in traffic. You can feather it but it will take a lot of RPM.
