Will a spare tire from a 2003 Mustang fit my 2020 Mustang? Both of them appear to have the same size bolt pattern 5x114.3

Your 2003 spare is 145/80R16. The current spare is P155/60R18. I would say no. Too much of a difference.

What about the rim? Will it fit?

Sorry, I’m not sure about the offset to see if it clears the brakes.
