My tires had fallen to around 28 psi from sitting in the garage. I thought this would be a good time to try out the inflator. It turned out not easy especially on a cold day. Problem was screwing the darn nozzle on the tire stem. It takes quick fingers to get the nozzle completely screwed on without losing too much air. I had the same problem taking the hose off. I found I had to get the air pressure up to 42 psi on the inflator to end up with 32 psi on the tire. I gave up after one tire & went to the gas station.

I've had one of those cheaper inflators you plug into the cigarette lighter with car running that has a digital read out you set to what you want pressure to be. Tried it on Shelby since cold weather tire pressure with tire gauge shows about 26 lbs. (should be at 32lbs.) and it worked perfect.
