Spamming Sales

Why are vendors allowed to "bump" their sale threads daily AND all in a row. It's not a big deal if you look at each section individually, but if you go to the "New Posts" link, it just shows sale after sale after sale, all by the same vendors.

Is it necessary? Can we limit the amount of posts like this, or at least require them to be spread out?

I know, first world problems, but damn its annoying having to go through pages of sales.

Most people look at forums by...forum so I don't really see this as an issue. Plus if all of them are in a row, can't you just go the next page quickly?

Seeing that, I'd skip right over all the yellow avatars and go to the next post pretty quickly. Right now we're getting to "sale season" with Black Friday then Christmas.
