What do these stage 1 and 2 suspension kits consist of?

Stage 1 consists of springs (progressive or linear) and our adjustable front and rear sway bars.

Stage 2 consists of our strut tower brace, extreme g-trac k-member brace, IRS subframe bushing support system and the accompanying IRS subframe alignment kit.
