I finally decided that I'd like to go with a Ford Racing catback, but I'm unsure of whether or not touring or sport would be right for me. I want the car to sound raw and aggressive, with crackles and pops, but I don't want to be the loudest EB especially if I add a catted downpipe down the road. I'm not entirely sure how much more a catted downpipe will affect sound.
The DP will affect the sound emencley

I've another question before I order my car on Wednesday:

6. Do I, or should I need a catch can immediately when I take delivery of the car?

I tried joining the Facebook group months ago, but no one accepted my request to join.

Catch can should be one of the first mods you do, full stop.
I am FBO and if I had to do it again the order of mods would be Catchcan > Intercooler, > Cobb AP > DP > Cat back exhaust >Adam Tune. I have the Map CAI but Adam has pretty much conclusively proved they don't do anything except make good noises and some will actually hurt power.

The third one sounded the best, deeper than the other two.

Funny that you say that about the CAI as most exhaust do just the same. Unless you are getting a hi-flow cat or catless, which will throw check engine lights and not pass emissions, you will not see much of a performance gain. I also see many people on here saying that their turbo's died - they never say how - just that they died. Can only speculate that they added too much boost themselves or if it was a pro-tune. Something to think about.

As for safety and reliability, in comparison, the ford engineers built the new Focus RS with a stronger turbo and bigger intercooler (http://www.topspeed.com/cars/car-news/2016-ford-focus-rs-vs-2015-ford-mustang-ar167502.html#main) to get to 350 horsepower .They also have better cylinder heads than the ecoboost engine (http://www.caranddriver.com/flipbook/15-things-you-need-to-know-about-the-2017-ford-focus-rs#5) . Although not mentioned on the page, I imagine it also comes with a better head gasket that can handle the load. Makes you wonder how much you are really rolling the dice with longevity of your car by putting stress on the parts. Everybody on here is trying to sell you something and have you drink the cool-aid but until I see someone with 100k+ on their Mustang with tuned stocked turbo's, I don't trust it.
