When I 1st started driving my 2015 PP there was 2-4 notchy shifting hick ups every outing. Thought it would go away after break in period but that did not happen. So I started recording and logging each time it did it. I also started reading the forums here and learning about the solutions. I had the MGW shifter installed, great shifter but was no help for notchy shifting. Next I changed the transmission Fluid to Royal Purple Synchromax. This had a great reduction in notchy shifting issues but still happened. Over time I noticed that it would happen after the fluid change at the 1st 1.5 miles of driving from cold start. It would also do it after cold starts 1 time out of 3 outings on average. So I started recording what I was doing when it happened. It took a week of the full recording to figure out what was going on. So I have got it licked and no notchy shifts in the last 2500 miles of driving in the last 6 weeks. The 1st start of the day is the most vulnerable for 1.5 miles of driving, while the fluid gets warmed up. After warming up the car for a few minutes, when I shift I go to neutral and wait for the RPMs to go back down to 1100 and then push the clutch in and shift to next gear. The car does not like you holding in the clutch while waiting for the RPM's to go down. It's a little slower but Its cool because I'm leaving the neighbor hood trying to keep the noise down with the Corsa exhaust. After the car is warm the #1 rule to avoid the issue is not keep the clutch pressed in waiting to shift more than 2 seconds you don't need to wait for RPM's to lower. If you find yourself in the position just go to neutral and start again. 2nd rule don't go into 1 gear while the car is moving, even if it is rolling slow. Hope this helps.

Funny that you posted this. I've noticed the faster I've shifted the smoother the shift. My main notchiness is the 4th to 5th even warmed up. I give the car a few mins of warming up and hold gears leaving the house.
I plan on adding the blow fish bracket and fluid swap. May swap out to a SS clutch line too.

When there is extra fluid it takes longer to warm up but did not notice any issues with shifting. I also ran it low on fluid, by a 1/2 quart and 5th then started getting notchy. So make sure it is not under filled.

When warm, it works perfectly with swift shifts, but if you lag by count of 3 then you need to double clutch.
