I'd posted before searching for a solution to my desire to have an analog clock. Not for everyone but simply my wish. I found a pretty good one after a lot of experimentation. I have pics of my solution, but since then I changed the steel to an all black that blends completely. It's def not for everyone but also gives some options if you want anything else small mounted in good view.
I used a 4" melding plate, bent it with my bench vise and rubber hammer into a "Z" that fits snug on top of and in front of the steering column shroud. I attached the right angle with 3M double sided black adhesive. Can be removed easily and place on my GT500 when it arrives.
If interested, the clock is from Formation and so far it's kept perfect time to the second.
