'18 Turbo Mustang all Magnetic
will these "bolt on" to a stock exhaust on the ecoboost (2018)? or are they for aftermarket exhausts / will i have to cut my existing dumb stock tips? Thanks!

They are for aftermarket exhaust. Pretty sure the stock exhaust is not a 3".
