A while back I used Forscan to remove SiriusXM from the sources list in the APIM since the subscription expired and didn't care for it. What I did notice and I have never used the music button on the steering wheel before, found that SiriusXM was a source on the IPC. I selected the option and the APIM did change to SiriusXM.

So my question is. Is there a way to remove SiriusXM source from the IPC menu? I don't see anything within Forscan for me to disable it as a source.

Thanks.

Probably not, I will cycle through mine. (I do it a lot) and mine has never gone back to SIRIUS. (I also Removed it) its either I am forgetting about it, or mine was fully removed.

will post later.

I will have to recheck again. But I am pretty sure that I disabled it in the APIM. I am running SYNC 3.3 19052 if that matters.

Once a month my radio pops up a message saying Sirius updating for a few seconds, but other than that I have not been able to get back onto Sirius screen.

Goodluck!

I looked at my dash and still found SiriusXM on the selection screen as source. But when I look at the APIM it does not show it on the screen. So I am assuming there must be a code for removing SiriusXM from the IPC also. I don't see anything in Forscan to remove it, so I am at a loss here. I never get the update message as you have gotten before. I only get that if I refresh the channels.

ah, I have a 15-17 I don't have that digital dash, nor that new version of the ford sync.

what version is that? I wonder if I can load that all black theme to my 3.0 I like it a lot! I wish I could help, I don't recall the other codes I changed. or if there's more for 18+

I am running Sync 3.3 Build 19052. The theme on it is the Ford GT theme, but its in dark mode since I took the picture in the garage so you would see a black background. Under normal daylight it would be a light blue. You can code the theme in Forscan to get it and this will change your startup/shutdown theme also.
