I know that there is already a thread on this subject in the "Infotainment" section of the forum, but I was wondering if any of you local N. Texas owners are experiencing issues with your satellite radio reception. I didn't notice any posts in that thread that were written by any Dallas owners, other than myself. My reception cuts out so often that I don't even use the free Sirius anymore. Ford is just now admitting that it is a problem, but many dealers still claim no knowledge of a problem. I'm planning a couple of road trips this Summer and I can listen to the FPC for only so long.

I have noticed it, but when it is cloudy like today it is just not usable. I have to switch over to Spotify on my phone.

That's the first I've heard of a phone disconnection problem. That would really p**s me off. I really got hooked on satellite radio back in the 90's when XM had just hatched. I could haul a load from coast to coast and never lose a signal. I really miss it.
