I'm looking at getting a supercharger for my soon to arrive mustang, but I'm wondering about some of the kits that offer a single belt for the supercharger and the accessories. Are there any draw backs to this system?

Thanks

We've talked about our 3.6L setup.. However, we just finished a 6 rib 2.8 liter setup on a automatic car that laid down 550whp at just 8psi of boost. At lower boost levels, the 6 rib setup is fine. Hell, our big 3.6 runs on the stock accessory drive setup and there's no slip at 12psi. This 2.8 made those numbers through the stock manifolds, cats, tiny 2" exhaust tubing, and automatic trans.

I think we'll gain nearly 50whp with long tubes and 2.75" or 3" x-pipe. If you're interested, shoot me a PM, or email me at [email protected]

Thanks!
