After the heart sinking moment of the sound of a concrete bollard tearing into my sideskirt (side splitter/side trim/running board whatever they're called), I'm going to replace it. The stock part comes with the pastic painted side panel (behind the door), but these are obviously separate parts fixed together. My question is, to save a paint job, can just the lower plastic bit be fitted? Is this easier and has anyone done it?

Go on eBay - those rockers are always on there and you can get one already in the color you need (used). Sometimes there are new take offs on there too.

The rocker comes as a single piece; lower portion is the textured black ABS and the upper is body color.

Good luck.

Thanks, poor pickings on ebay UK though, none in my color and thoe that are on sale are almost twice the price of a brand new one.
