Shop to install a front bumper quick latch

Front bumper clips broke on left side.
I am looking for a local shop to take care of the install (palm beach county). Yeah I know it is not that hard but I am super busy with work these days and I've no time for that.

I don't know if he's done it for the bumper yet, but my buddy runs United Performance in Pompano and he does good work. I know for sure that he's done hood latches.

I can find the aftermarket part easily. I just need someone who can help with the install. I cannot lift the car and I don't want to drill the bumper myself.
