True! TWC had said to expect these kinds of temps for the rest of the winter too which is great. Thanks man! Do you usually go to the Cars and Coffee they have in Winchester on the weekends? I believe it's a group on Facebook called "Winchester Cars and Coffee."

Never heard of it.... I work in Ashburn and found the cc meet for dulles but not down here. Will look into it ... and here I thought we were in for a rough 2nd half of winter...

Shenandoah valley mustang club based in winchester. Lok them up on facebook. They have some good shows thru the summer. Not much in the winter. If u don't mind a 45 min drive, the valley mall in Hagerstown holds car cruises every sat in the summer starting late april.

I'm in Grottoes, which is about 20 min from Harrisonburg....I get up to Winchester every once in a while. There's a large Ford car show at the H'burg Ford dealer in August...There's some smaller shows in the area in the summer as well.

Hey everyone. I'm in the Valley (Stephens City). I realize this is an old thread but I just sold my 2012 GT and picked up a 2016 GT (Guard) over the weekend. Can't believe the difference between the 2012 & the 2016, much sweeter.

Thanks Beef. Did a lot of shopping online first by looking at almost all of the Ford dealers in VA. I finally settled on one at Koons of Sterling. I originally went looking for a Deep Impact Blue that they had but by the time I got there they had already sold it. I looked around at the others they had in stock and thought the ones in Guard just stood out. Ended taking one home. The difference between my '12 and this one is like night and day. So much more refined.

That is what sold me... totally different car than the s197. Where do you usually hang in the area?? Only real regular place I know out our way is the CC in winchester.

Doing the family thing with the wife and kids mostly. Between that and work a night out is usually dinner somewhere. Can't say I know what the CC.

Cars n coffee @ 0-60 Energy Cafe.... Owner is a cool guy. Search cars & coffee - Winchester on FB Heard they had one hell of a turn out this past weekend...

Ha I work nights as well.... and the family I know as well.... transplant out here just trying to find the local hangs n meets.
