Sealf sealing windows and tint

I'm about to set up a window tint appointment. It's been a while, but I presume they still tell you not to roll down the windows for a couple days. Will the self-sealing feature cause an issue? It'll be slightly rolled down when the door is open, and then self seal when it's closed. I'm thinking it'll either pull it off at the top or there'll be an untinted gap at the bottom.

Normally they would squeeze the edges making sure they are fully stuck to the glass.

I got the tint. It looks amazing, and holy crap is my interior cooler now. I've never had a black on black on black car. Thing was an oven.

Interesting thing..the lady at the tint shop said there's a switch by the door latch that will keep the window all the way up for stuff like this. It doesn't stay that way once the car is back on the road, but I thought that was pretty cool.
