Scuff on Black Painted Wheel

Just barely scraping the wheel, but you can notice it. How would you fix it?

You can get it refinished

You can touch it up with some paint

sand it down and touch it up.

I noticed this happened to my car too. Took forever for me to realize it was from the local car wash. The pollen was so bad I took it through the automatic touchless wash for a quick rinse I realized after there are metal bars that jut out and I must of rubbed up on them slightly on the left side
