Its through AED, shaun pointed out that the tire size is configured on the device end not the tuner end.

I have the same issue with the user configurable options on the X4 with an AED tune. In order for the tire size or rev limiter settings to keep, I have to reset the device to default settings, reload my tune file to the tuner, then flash the tune on the car. It's annoying. If I do not reset the device, it will not change the tire size, rev limiter, etc.

Do you know of any other way? I got the car Dyno tuned at AED’s shop so I dont have an email tune to reupload.

But you do have the tune file on the X4? I believe you can download the tune from the X4 with the Device Updater app?

I don't know of any other work around.

Wow, that's a lot of unnecessary steps. On my Diablosport Trinity I pick the tune I want, tap customize, tap & change 'xx' parameter, it lists what was changed then asks to confirm. It then loads the tune. Takes like 2 mins.

Pretty sure that is how the X4 is supposed to work as well but I am not so lucky.

Apparently you can download the stock tune but I havent figured out how to back up the custom tunes.
